SMARTIE Goal #1 (MATH)

Increase the percentage of scholars scoring proficient or advanced on the iReady assessment from 49% to 70% and the State Math assessment from 40% to 60%, Black/African American scholars from 41% to 60%, Multilingual Scholars from 21% to 40% and scholars with IEPs from 14% to 35%  by the end of the 2025-2026 academic year.

SMARTIE Goal #2 (ELA)

Increase the percentage of scholars scoring proficient or advanced on the iReady assessment from 48% to 70% and on the state reading assessment from 41% to 70%, Black/African American scholars from 47% to 70%, Multilingual scholars from 18% to 40%, and scholars with IEPS from 19% to 40% by the end of the 2025-2026 academic year.

SMARTIE Goal #3 (Whole Child)

Our attendance in the 24-25 school year showed that 57% of Scholars had regular attendance of 90% or more.  By June 2026, our whole school Tier 1 attendance goal will increase the percentage of scholars attending school regularly to 75% for 90% of the time.  We will see an increase for our Multilingual scholars from 89% to 95% and scholars with IEPs from 89% to 95%. Our scholars who identify as Black will go from 45% to 75% or Pacific Islander will go from 27% to 75% by the end of the 2025-2026 school year.
Aligned Signature Strategy(ies)

Goal 1

Engage Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) in a cycle of inquiry using multiple measures to inform and adjust instruction while disaggregating data (interim common assessments-district and building level).

Use principles of UDL to design learning that provides challenge, attainability, and access to grade-level standards for each scholar.

Goal 3

Engage in effective two-way communication in multiple languages to eliminate barriers to opportunities (i.e. SLCs- Student Led Conferences, translated materials, interpretation at events and listening sessions).
